Borage honey is has gentle herbal and floral notes, sometimes desired as cool, fresh with a mld hint of earthiness.
A silky smooth mouthfeel, it tends to be very pale gold to almost straw coloured.

Gentle, aromatic, and elegant — a honey with character, but not a heavy or overpowering sweetness. It’s ideal if you enjoy delicate floral honeys that pair well with both savoury and sweet dishes.
